How Can I Help?
My book “How Can I Help - Your Go-to Guide for Helping Loved Ones through Life’s Difficulties”, was written to help others reach out to friends when they are going through tragedies and difficulties in life.

Why Did I Write a Book?
Because after our son died, my husband and I Iost a few of our closest friends at a time when we needed their support the most. Why would people who are closest to you, not show up when you need them the most?
That was the question that perplexed me for years.
I kept thinking: “If there was just something out there to help guide people it could teach them what to do and say for their friends suffering loss. Maybe it could even save relationships.”
But as much as I searched, I couldn't find it. So, I decided to write it.
“How Can I Help?” is a book that’s filled with tips and personal stories from people who have suffered various losses in life and have come out the other side, thanks to the love and support of those who loved them.
The book is designed as a go-to guide in which you can refer to over and over again.

Speaker & Workshops
I never knew my background in TV would lead to a book, just as I never believed a book would lead to an entire new life path as a professional speaker and self proclaimed “Inspirationista”
One of my greatest passions now is to share with people globally, what I have learned about moving beyond grief, stepping out of fear and doubt, and boldly stepping out in LOVE!
These fears, excuses and stories that we tell ourselves not only hold us back from showing up for a grieving friend, they hold us back from showing up for ourselves and from living impactful meaningful lives.
Community & Support
Whether it is sharing the principles and tips in my book “How Can I Help?”, inspiring you to EnVision Success or helping you to Design a Life you love, my talks, interactive workshops and retreats are packed heartfelt messages, inspiring stories, and action steps you can take today to start living your life on purpose, with passion and to make a positive impact on the world.

Coach & Counsel
As a bereaved mom, it took me YEARS to heal from the pain of my grief.
In the beginning, I attended counseling, support groups, and bible studies. And while all of these things helped me, after a while I left each session feeling worse than before I walked in.
I started to feel like I was ready to step out of the pain and sorrow and entertain the idea of living again with JOY.
I believe I was ready to “graduate” from my grief.

Living Proof
That’s why I have created the “Graduating Grief”, coaching program, community and podcast. All are designed to help women who are ready to graduate from their pain, but need support, encouragement, tools and permission to step back into the JOY of LIVING again.
It’s something I wish I had all those years ago.
You don’t have to just survive your grief. You can THRIVE because of it.
I KNOW this because I am LIVING PROOF!
That’s why I would love to share with you what I have learned and how it has transformed this bereaved mom into the woman I am today. Living my life on purpose, with passion and all to make a positive impact on the world.
Your loss does not have to define you, let’s do this together.
