Grief in the Workplace

We all work with someone who has been dealing with grief. We just might not know it.

Grief isn’t necessarily just about death. People can grieve over lost marriages, a diagnosis, a child who has a drug problem, and the list goes on and on.

People come to work with a smile on their face, and deep pain in their hearts, and unfortunately no one is trained to help support them…until now.

In this episode, Sherrie talks with Anthony Casablanca, who along with his brother Guy, has developed leadership training around this very common, yet underserved segment of our workforce.
